Carolina Care Solutions & Associates provides safe, reliable, and professional Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services.

Our services are intended for individuals who require transportation to and from medical appointments or other approved destinations but do not require emergency medical care.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. Scheduling Transportation

To ensure availability, we recommend scheduling transportation at least 24–48 hours in advance.

While we make every effort to accommodate same-day requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

Provide accurate pickup and destination information.
Be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Notify us promptly of any scheduling changes or cancellations.
Treat drivers, staff, vehicles, and other passengers with respect.
Follow all safety instructions, including wearing seat belts when applicable.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip, please notify us as soon as possible.

Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in cancellation fees or limitations on future scheduling.

6. No-Show Policy

A passenger is considered a No-Show if they:

Are unavailable at the scheduled pickup location after reasonable waiting time.
Cannot be contacted using the information provided.
Decline transportation after the driver has arrived.

Applicable fees may apply.

7. Delays

While we strive to provide on-time transportation, delays may occur due to:

Traffic
Weather
Road closures
Vehicle issues
Unexpected scheduling changes

Carolina Care Solutions & Associates is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Driver Assistance

Our drivers provide courteous door-to-door assistance when appropriate.

Drivers cannot:

Provide medical treatment
Administer medications
Lift or carry passengers
Perform personal caregiving duties beyond transportation assistance

9. Passenger Safety

For the safety of everyone:

Seat belts must be worn whenever applicable.
Wheelchairs and mobility devices must be properly secured.
Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in termination of transportation services.

10. Payment

Payment is due according to the agreed-upon pricing and payment terms.

Approved billing arrangements

11. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

Carolina Care Solutions & Associates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in our vehicles.
